ALLERGIES AND SENSITIVITIES

Clients should inform their stylist of any known allergies, sensitivities, skin conditions, or previous reactions before receiving a service.

A patch test or strand test may be recommended or required before certain chemical or color services. Refusing a recommended test may result in the service being postponed or declined.

PRICES AND PAYMENT

Prices displayed on our website are estimates and may change without notice. Final pricing may vary based on hair length, density, condition, product usage, service complexity, and additional time required.

Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising children who accompany them to the salon. For safety reasons, unsupervised children may not be permitted in service areas.

CLIENT CONDUCT

We are committed to maintaining a safe, welcoming, and respectful environment for clients and staff.

Harassment, discrimination, threats, abusive language, unwanted physical contact, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated. Willow & Shears reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service and require an individual to leave the premises when necessary to protect clients, employees, or salon property.
